Refunds and Exchanges

We appreciate your business. Since we provide highly customizable merchandise, with the exception of damaged goods all sales are final. If you believe you received a wrong or damaged item, please feel free to email us and start a return. 

Please note that items that have begun fulfillment are not eligible for cancellation.

To initiate a return, contacts us at If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send back the merchandise. Please don't send back merchandise without a confirmed return. We can't accept items that don't have a valid return label associated with it.

Refund and Credits

We will notify you once we've inspected your items. If your refund is accepted you can choose to have store credit or money back to your original payment method.
